The site is situated on the outskirts of Teesdale and within five minutes of Hamsterley Forest. High Shipley is surrounded by beautiful locations for all tastes.

Great North RunThe Bupa Great North Run, the world’s biggest half marathon, will take place on Sunday 19 September 2010.
Sunderland Air ShowWill take off from 10am – 6pm on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 July. The two-day event, which attracts hundreds of thousands of spectators to Sunderland’s stunning coastline at Roker and Seaburn, is now the biggest free airshow in Europe.
Hartlepool Tall ShipsHartlepool is proud and delighted to be chosen as a host for the prestigious Tall Ships Races in 2010. The town will welcome a magnificent fleet of around 100 tall ships after being chosen by race organisers Sail Training International to be the finishing point for the race.
